Mistakes happen. It’s a common occurrence where an email address is typed incorrectly or the first or last name has a typo. Thankfully, it is easy to update any subscriber to an Email Series within the Growth Engine.
Complete the following steps to edit a subscriber of an email series:
1. Start by logging in to Growth Engine.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on Content on the top menu.
4. . Make sure to apply the filter Email Series and All.
4. Click on the series you would like to edit. A listing of all subscribers to the Email Series will be displayed. If needed, search under the name or email. Once you see the subscriber listed click on the Edit button on the right.
5. The subscriber’s information will be shown. Make the desired changes and click Save.
