Periodically, there are subscribers of your email series who wish to be removed. Each email in a series contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom that allows users to easily unsubscribe on their own, but it is also possible for you to remove them from the email series too.
Complete the following steps to remove a subscriber from an email series:
1. Start by logging in to Growth Engine.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on Content on the top menu.
4. . Apply the filter Email Series and All.
4. Click on the series you would like to edit. A listing of all subscribers to the Email Series will be displayed. If needed, search under the name or email you are looking for. Once you see the subscriber listed click on the Unsubscribe button on the right.
