Viewing Leads

Each lead generated by a Campaign is sent to the emails specified under your profile.  Along with email notification, all leads are easily accessible through the Growth Engine. At any point, your staff can come into the Growth Engine and view, edit or track the leads.

Below are the steps to view your leads:

1. Start by logging in to Growth Engine.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. Click on the ‘People’ tab on the top menu.

4. The map on the back of the people’s page is the contacts’ surrounding location.


An engagement score uses a single number based on the customer’s activity, usage of products, and services. The higher the number, the more engaged the customer is with the brand. You can view where the contact came from by clicking the ‘Source’ tab. You can also filter the leads by Status or Interest.

Note: Not all information is collected for each lead. That’s why some leads only have an email, while others may have a name, an email, and a phone number. It varies based on the Campaign that ran in the past.

5. To update a lead card, click on the card, and the card info will appear on the right. To edit any of the text, click on the three dots on the top right. Click Save Changes.
