Once reviews are collected, you can easily preview the review before it is published to your website or Facebook Business Page. It’s important to know the Growth Engine will never publish a review without your approval.
Follow the steps below to manage the collected reviews:
1. Start by logging in to Growth Engine.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on Cases on the top menu.
4. The Cases page will open. Click on Reviews on the left menu bar.
5. All collected reviews will be displayed. To the right are the options available to manage the reviews.
The available options on the right are: Edit: Edit the reviewer and the text within the review. Preview: See what the review will look like when published to Facebook. Go back and edit any spelling errors you notice. Approve: The review will be published. Publish to Facebook: Choose the desired publishing method. Whether to send to website or Facebook. Delete: Delete the review.
6. After you have completed any editing and have previewed the review, click Publish.
7. A confirmation will be displayed specifying if you are sure to approve the review. Reviews published to the website will show up immediately. However, reviews published to Facebook are not published immediately to your Facebook Business Page.
