Managing Favorite Locations

In an effort to reduce duplicate data entry, we save your most common service/visitation locations within the Growth Engine. Saving these locations allows you to easily select locations while creating a new case. There are often times when a location needs to be adjusted. This process is very simple within the Growth Engine.

Follow the steps below to manage the common locations for services/visitations:

  1. Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login 
  2. Login with your user and password
  3. On the left side of the dashboard, click Cases.
  4. Click Locations from the menu down the left.
  5. You can search for a location to edit. If you wish to add a new location, click Add New Location. To edit a location, click Action -> View/Edit.
  6. Enter the location information and click Save Changes.
