Viewing Leads

Each lead generated by a Campaign is sent to the emails specified under your profile.  If you’d like to review who is notified, click here. Along with email notification, all leads are easily accessible through the Growth Engine. At any point, your staff can come into the Growth Engine and view, edit or track the leads.

Below are the steps to view your leads:

  1. Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login 
  2. Login with your user name and password
  3. Once logged in, click Growth Engine down the menu on the left
  4. At the bottom of the Campaign Dashboard screen shown is a listing of all recent leads.  Click the name of any lead to view/edit the lead information.
  5. To view a complete listing of all leads, click Leads CRM on the sub menu to the left.
  6. A listing of all generated leads will be displayed. The information associated with each lead is easily visible. You can easily filter the leads by stage (A) and search for a specific leads (B).

    Note: Not all information is collected for each lead. That is why some leads only have an email, while others have a name, email and phone number. It varies based on the Campaign that is run.
