A lead is a qualified customer with the potential to buy. Leads with high scores are considered “hot” leads and can be sent immediately to the sales team. The ones with lower scores are considered “cold” or “warm” leads, they are not quite ready to buy, but we can help nurture them into potentially becoming hot leads.

How do I find my leads on my Growth Engine account?
To find your contacts make sure to log in into your Growth Engine account and go to Campaigns>Contacts CRM
Once the contacts page is up, you can click on the customer’s name to see their lead score. To the right where it says status, you will see different colors on the status bar. The color blue and orange mean that the lead is “cold” and “warm,” and customers with red color are considered “hot” leads.
