Adding Reviewers to Schedule Preview Email

A weekly preview of upcoming posts to your Facebook Business Page is sent out on Sunday for review. You can easily manage which members of your team receive the email to monitor the content that is scheduled by going to your Facebook Business Page. This is important to ensure all content that is published to your business Facebook page is approved.

Below are the steps to add (or edit) the people who will receive the weekly preview emails.

  1. Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login 
  2. Login with your user name and password
  3. Once logged in, click on the arrow by your name in the upper right. 
  4. Choose My Profile from the drop down menu. 
  5. Click Facebook from the menu down the left. Then add (or edit) the emails in the Facebook preview email(s) field and review submission emails(s).

    Note: You need to separate emails with a comma. For instance: email1@yourbiz.com, email2@yourbiz.com, email3@yourbiz.com.

  6. Click Save Changes and you have successfully added  (or edited) who will receive the preview email.
