Mistakes happen. It’s a common occurrence where an email address is typed incorrectly, or the first or last name have a typo. Thankfully, it is easy to update any subscriber to an Email Series within the Growth Engine.
Complete the following steps to edit a subscriber of an email series:
- Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login
- Login with your user and password
- On the left side of the dashboard, click Email.
- In the top left sub-menu, click Series.
- Search for the desired Series to add the subscriber to and click Go to Series.
- Click Active Subscribers.
- A listing of all subscribers to the Email Series will be displayed. If needed, search under the name or email you are looking for. Once you see the subscriber listed click on the edit button on the right.
Note: If you do not find the subscriber under the Active tab, search under the Removed and Completed tabs. If the subscriber is under Removed or Completed no action is necessary.
- The subscriber’s information will be shown. Make the desired changes and click Save Changes.
