SMS Text Notification Update
We have updated the SMS text conversations feature. If you are currently running a campaign with SMS, we have made it easier to view the SMS message conversations.
Below are the steps that access SMS text conversation in the Growth Engine.
- To access the SMS text conversation go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login
- Log in with your username and password
- Once logged in, click on Campaigns on the left menu
- Click on the SMS conversations to view the current SMS/text messages
- To reply, click on “type a message” at the bottom of the message screen and click on the blue icon to send the message
