Funeral Decisions Integration
Funeral Decisions is a sales CRM used by some funeral homes and 3rd party marketers to track the status and progress of leads. We have integrated with Funeral Decisions to send leads from our system into their CRM for tracking by the customers’ sales team.
How the integration works
When a lead is identified by our system as hot, it is sent to Funeral Decisions automatically.
Alternatively, if the user has the Funeral Decisions integration enabled (via the profile info above), they’ll see an option in the CRM to push any lead to Funeral Decisions by clicking on the lead and then clicking the Push to FDCRM button.
Once a lead is in FDCRM, it’ll show a person icon next to the listing.
