Hot Lead Scoring and Engagement Score
What is a lead?
A lead is a qualified customer with the potential to buy. Leads with high scores are considered “hot” leads and can be sent immediately to the sales team. The ones with lower scores are considered “cold” or “warm” leads, they are not quite ready to buy, but we can help nurture them into potentially becoming hot leads.
What is lead scoring?
Lead scoring is the scoring process in which customers are given a number based on criteria to predict their potential to buy.
What is an engagement score?
An engagement score uses a single number based on the customer’s activity usage of products and services. The higher the number, the more engaged the customer is with the brand.
What is hot lead scoring?
A hot lead scoring is given to a person with a high level of engagement, interested in pre-planning topics, has had a recent nurturing engagement, and has provided a phone number.
How do I find my leads on my Growth Engine account?
To find your contacts make sure to log in into your Growth Engine account and go to Campaigns>Contacts CRM
Once the contacts page is up, you can click on the customer’s name to see their lead score. To the right where it says status, you will see different colors on the status bar. The color blue and orange mean that the lead is “cold” and “warm,” and customers with red color are considered “hot” leads. If a customer has a trophy, that means that customer is considered a hot lead can be sent immediately to the sales team. If you click on Score up on the top, the contacts will go on the order of hot leads to cold.
